1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 28 niceph website at https://28niceph.net ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 28 niceph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of any 28 niceph service after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 28 niceph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of placing a bet or accessing casino games.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of 28 niceph or any of its affiliated companies or partner operators.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

28 niceph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all winnings will be forfeited and the deposit will be returned net of any bonus amounts already used.

3. Account Registration

When registering at 28 niceph, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same device, payment method, household address, or IP address — will be subject to review and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact 28 niceph support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 28 niceph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

KYC Verification: 28 niceph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by the platform's compliance team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 28 niceph Platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank are typically processed same-day for requests made before 5:00 PM, or by the following business day for requests submitted after cut-off.
• 28 niceph does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit or linked to your verified account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

28 niceph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged by our security systems.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

28 niceph offers various bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. By opting in to any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer as well as these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. The default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without replacement.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping deposit bonuses will result in only the first claimed bonus being honoured.
• 28 niceph reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, though existing active bonuses on player accounts will generally be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent methods — including the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will be voided and the player's account may be suspended.
• Cashback bonuses marked as "no wagering required" are credited as real cash and may be withdrawn immediately after crediting, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

28 niceph's promotions are available exclusively to players who have registered a single verified account. Players who are found to be operating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses will have all bonus balances and any winnings derived from those bonuses forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 28 niceph Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.

• Bets are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification or reference number. Bets in progress that have not yet been confirmed are not considered valid.
• 28 niceph reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started if the result was known at the time the bet was placed, or where technical errors caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game, market, and player account tier. Limits are displayed on the relevant bet interface before confirmation.
• 28 niceph does not accept bets from players using systems or software designed to exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• For live/in-play betting, 28 niceph suspends markets periodically for integrity checks. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and returned.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any sporting event or game, 28 niceph's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 28 niceph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in doing so
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain — regardless of whether the error was reported
• Colluding with other players or with any casino staff member to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to create an account
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or causes harm to other users

8. Privacy & Data

28 niceph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, payment details, and transaction history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the 28 niceph player experience.

9. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, or otherwise use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 28 niceph. Personal, non-commercial use of limited Platform content for the purpose of using the services as intended is permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 28 niceph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

28 niceph shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling — all bets are placed at the player's own risk
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Third-party payment processing delays outside of 28 niceph's direct control

In all cases, 28 niceph's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

12. Account Termination

28 niceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 28 niceph account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification is completed.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 28 niceph reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or prohibited conduct, pending investigation.

13. Disputes

28 niceph may update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory requirements.
